Terms & Conditions of Sales

1. Online Purchases:
Purchases of any Products/Services/Voucher would be subject to the Terms & Conditions as set out at thebrickshop.com.sg. The price of the Products payable shall be the Listing Price at the time at which the Order was placed. All prices are in Singapore currency (SGD, S$) and inclusive of 7% GST. We only accept payment by Paypal and VISA, MASTER CREDIT CARDS via Paypal.

2. Delivery & Self Pick-up:
There is a S$15.00 delivery charge for amount less than S$180.00 in a single order, except for purchase of membership. No partial delivery/collection is allowed and limited to address within Singapore Island. No delivery to P.O. Box address, post office or locker. The delivery leadtime is minimum 3 working days from order confirmation. The delivery schedule will be on weekdays and from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

There will be no charge for self pick-up from stores. The self pick-up leadtime is 3 working days form order confirmation. The collection hours are from 11:00am to 9:00pm. There will be a storage charge if order was not pick up within the agreed time frame. We would then transfer the order to back to head quarter. If the order was not collected for a further 3 months, we reserve the right to cancel the order and impose an administration and storage charge. Delivery leadtime may be longer for New launch set, Limited set, Pre-order set or Sets that are on Wait-list.

3. Cancellation Policy
The Brick Shop does not accept cancellation requests for any online orders placed.

4. Return & Refund Policy
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Please note refunds will not be provided for any orders placed on our online store.

5. Exchange Policy
Exchange will be entertained within 7 days upon goods delivery/collection from store with proof of purchase. The exchange product must be in its original condition, unopen with original seal packaging and without damage. No refund is allowed. Minifigures and sales/promotion items are non-exchangeable. The product you want in exchange for must be of equal or greater in value than the product you have previously purchased. We will not refund the excess if the exchange item is lesser in value. You will have to top up the differences if the exchange item is greater in value.

6. Missing pieces in New LEGO sets
