Every day our global Consumer Service team takes calls and answers emails from thousands of LEGO fans, LEGO consumers from around the globe contact us about all sorts of things, but some of their most common questions include:

Replacement parts

If you want to replace a missing or faulty brick, please contact LEGO Consumer Serivice. You can order the part online or get in touch with our team by phone or email. We always want to give consumers great building experiences, so we often send out replacement LEGO bricks without asking for a whole set to be returned.

As we send individual pieces from our warehouse in Denmark, they usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive in Asia.

Our toll-free lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 until 17:00 local time (excluding bank holidays).
